Roof Repairs in Everett and Snohomish County
Repairs for leaks, storm damage, flashing problems and worn roofing materials, to stop the damage and extend the life of your roof.
Chapter 01
Where leaks really start
The stain on your ceiling is rarely where the leak begins. Water runs along the deck and finds the lowest seam before it shows itself, so the source is often several feet uphill. In Snohomish County the usual suspects are the places where the roof is interrupted: flashing at chimneys and walls, pipe boots, vents and the valleys where two slopes meet.
Weather does the rest. Winter wind lifts shingles and drives rain under them, and a fallen branch can do worse. A review signed Angies List Customer tells it plainly: during one of the December wind storms a large branch fell through their roof, and Pacific Pride came out the next day.
Worn roofing materials leak too, slowly, long before anything drips. Granule loss, cracked shingles and dried-out sealant are small problems that grow every wet season. A roof with a chimney, a skylight and several slopes simply has more places for water to get in. A repair done early is the cheapest fix a roof will ever get.

How we work a repair
We look for the source, not the stain. That means walking the roof, checking the flashing and penetrations, and using moisture detection to see whether water has already reached the wood underneath. A patch over a wet deck only hides the problem for a few months.
Then we write down the repair-versus-replacement evaluation, in plain words, with the spot pointed out. Our estimates come from a roofer, not a salesperson with a quota, so the recommendation is what is right for the roof, not what is easiest. Nathan Welch, who works for a general contractor that has used Pacific Pride for over 12 years, wrote that Brandon “has never tried to upsell anything.”
Sometimes the honest answer is that a repair will not hold. If the shingles are finished or the deck is soft, we say so and show you why, and you decide. If it is a repair, you get one. Ask for a free estimate or call (425) 252-0444, and a roofer will tell you which one your roof needs.
Chapter 03
Standing behind the repair
Our truck carries the words Roof Repairs On The Spot, and the idea behind them is simple: stop the damage, then make sure it stays stopped. A repair is only worth paying for if the roofer who did it will come back when something is wrong.
Michael Rogalinski had that experience. Pacific Pride had replaced his roof 2.5 years earlier, a leak showed up, and he called. He wrote on Google that they “came out today and fixed it free of charge.” That is how we think about every roof in Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville and the rest of our service area.
Since 1989 we have grown with minimal advertising, and more than 70% of our jobs come from referrals and repeat customers. That does not happen to a roofer who walks away from a leak. If you are unsure whether a problem needs a repair, the $349 Roof Report puts a roofer on your roof and the findings in writing.
