Scope of work

Every roofing job we do, on one sheet.

Pacific Pride Roofing has replaced, repaired and maintained roofs across Everett, Snohomish County and North King County since 1989. Homes, offices, warehouses and new builds all start the same way: a roofer looks, writes down what he finds, and gives you real specs with no high-pressure sales.

Job sheet, line items

Seven lines of work

Three big ones first. Four smaller ones ruled underneath. Anything you do not see, ask a roofer at (425) 252-0444.

Roof Replacement

Complete replacements for aging or failing roofs. The old roof comes off, anything that has gone soft gets replaced, and a durable roofing system goes on to protect the building for years to come. Andrea Stoppani wrote on Google that the crew “replaced wood sections where needed and placed guides for correct flow of water off the roof and into gutters.”

Roof Repairs

Repairs for leaks, storm damage, flashing problems and worn roofing materials, to stop the damage and extend the life of your roof. We find the source of the water rather than the stain on the ceiling, and we tell you honestly when a repair will not hold.

Roof Inspections

Detailed inspections that find issues early and show you the real condition of your roof. Ideal for maintenance planning or a real estate transaction. The $349 Roof Report puts the whole inspection in writing: an on-site visit, a leak and problem area review, and a repair versus replacement evaluation.

What an inspection finds

How we decide

Repair or replace? A roofer writes it down.

The call between a repair and a replacement starts with a thorough evaluation. That means finding the visible issues and the underlying problems before anyone makes a recommendation, because a roof that looks fine from the driveway can have wet wood under it.

Then comes the recommendation, and ours are honest ones, not what is easiest. If a repair will hold, we say repair. If the roof is at the end of its life, we say that too and show you where. You get it in writing, so it holds up to a second opinion and you can take your time with it.

“Brandon is great about sharing his professional opinion and has never tried to upsell anything.”
Nathan Welch, Google review

Two ways onto your roof. Both end in writing.

Roof estimate

We measure your roof and email you a digital estimate with a price range. When it looks right to you, a roofer comes out to verify the details. No obligation, and if you decide not to move forward you keep the estimate.

About the work

Questions we hear about services

Both. We do complete replacements for aging or failing roofs and repairs for leaks, storm damage, flashing problems and worn materials. Which one your roof needs is decided by the evaluation, not by what is easier to sell.

A roofer does a thorough evaluation, looking at the visible issues and the problems underneath, before making any recommendation. The repair versus replacement call goes into your written recommendations so you can see the reasoning, and you can take it to a second opinion.

Yes. Gentle moss removal and gutter cover and cleaning are both listed on our truck. If moss turns out to be sitting on soft decking or failing shingles, that becomes a repair or replacement conversation, and we will say so honestly.

Yes. Roof inspections are ideal for real estate transactions and for maintenance planning. The $349 Roof Report covers homes and commercial properties and ends in clear written recommendations.
