- We measure your roof and email you a digital estimate with a price range, then answer your questions. It is free, with no obligation, and nobody calls to push you.
- On-site inspection
- When the range looks right to you, a roofer comes out to verify the details. You get a written estimate that holds up to a second opinion.
- Moisture detection
- Water travels, and the stain on the ceiling is rarely under the leak. Moisture detection finds where the roof is actually wet, including problems underneath that you cannot see from the ground.
- Repair or replace
- A repair versus replacement evaluation, written down. You hear the honest recommendation, not whichever job is easiest to sell. Some roofs need a repair that holds. Some need to come off.
Thorough means finding both the visible issues and the underlying problems before anyone makes a recommendation.
